Professional Partnerships

Institute For Change acknowledges the unique and valuable contributions that
professionals who practice within the health and wellness field offer their clientele.
As these helping professionals work towards improving an individual's overall state
of health and wellness, it is vitally important that the process of change is clearly understood by both practitioner and client.

Institute For Change offers educational seminars in an effort to create professional
training partnerships with practitioners in the health and wellness professions.
Not only will medical and wellness professionals learn about self change and personal accountability, they will increase their understanding of just how difficult it is for some individuals to make necessary changes in daily activities regarding their health and cognitive shifts in lifelong attitudes and beliefs about wellness.

Professional Partnerships seminars are individually tailored for medical
and health and wellness professionals and will focus on:
  • increasing an awareness of the process of change as it relates to patient adherence, recovery, relapse, the importance of social support, as well as the importance of establishing a positive client/practitioner relationship

  • the connection between mind and body as it relates to risk behaviors, health practices, and life satisfaction

  • contemporary models of behavior and change as the models relate to
    a health/medical specialist's delivery of services

  • how to improve delivery of services to clients by encouraging client accountability and awareness

To schedule a seminar or for more information about the professional partnership programs available, contact Institute For Change.
