What is Wellness Coaching?


Health and Wellness Coaching is an individual, one on one web based process that guides the client toward the setting of goals, the development and implementation of a plan of action, and the adoption of lifelong wellness practices.

Wellness coaching is a method of supporting positive self change by empowering an individual to make sustainable life changes in self understanding, self-concept, and behavior. Proven techniques for behavior changes enable a client to generate his/her own solutions and strategies as wellness coaching increases accountability and responsibility.

Wellness coaching honors the client's creativity, resourcefulness, and wisdom. The wellness coaching process works with the whole person and strives to connect a client's inner core values and beliefs to his/her outer reality.
